Time Attendance Software Resources "U"
Unanet Technologies - PSA Solutions Unanet provides web based professional services automation software for project management, time and expense tracking, resource planning and project collaboration.
Unitime Systems' time and attendance solutions are built around the UNITIME Automated Timekeeping System. UNITIME is a feature rich, easy-to-use time and attendance program scalable for small to enterprise-sized organizations. UNITIME includes thousands of business rule options, employee timecard and scheduling utilities, attendance tracking capabilities, a built in history module, and a full suite of standard time and attendance reports.
UNITIME is available in two editions: the Desktop edition of UNITIME is ideal for small to mid-sized organizations, while the SQL-based Enterprise edition is designed for mid-sized to enterprise organizations. UNITIME is well-suited to a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, financial services, education, transportation, and retail businesses. UNITIME reduces the amount of time needed to prepare data for payroll, eliminates errors associated with manual processing, and helps track and manage labor expenses.
UNITIME is typically installed with time clocks or data collection programs to collect employee punches and hours. In addition, integration modules are typically installed to exchange information with payroll, human resources, and other critical business systems.
As punches and other transactions are collected throughout a pay period, UNITIME applies your company’s pay policies to calculate daily hours and identify exceptions such as absences, tardies, and breaks that were too long. Meanwhile, users access UNITIME to review data and make corrections. For example, supervisors often are responsible for correcting missed punches, crediting sick and vacation pay, updating schedules, reviewing employees’ hours, and approving timecards for payroll. Based on customized login rights, users can be given as much or as little system access as necessary.
